Herb & Feta Lamb Burgers
These flavor packed patties are versatile and will make your mouth water.
Ingredients
- 1lb ground lamb (or any meat / meat substitute you'd prefer)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 jalapeño, minced
- Handful of parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently break up the ground meat with your hands.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine with the meat.
- Form 4 equally sized patties and cover until ready to cook.
- Add the patties to a pre-heated grill or frying pan. You want them to sizzle when the patties make contact with the grates or surface..
- Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, undisturbed, until reaching desired level of done-ness.
