Banana Pecan Smoothie Bowl

Add this sweet & nutty smoothie bowl into the mix when you're craving a refreshing mix from the heavier winter fare.

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • Vanilla protein powder (I went with Kachava)
  • Peanut butter power
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 6-8oz milk of choice
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tsp coffee concentrate

Toppings:

  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Smoked pecans
  • Raspberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients in a Vitamix (my go-to) or a more budget-friendly high powered blender
  2. Pour the smoothie into a beautiful bowl
  3. Layer on the toppings and enjoy!
