Ingredients

  • 1lb ground lamb (or any meat / meat substitute you'd prefer)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, minced
  • Handful of parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently break up the ground meat with your hands.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine with the meat.
  3. Form 4 equally sized patties and cover until ready to cook.
